2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us when using the application. This includes:
- Images and Photos: We collect and process the user photos (portraits) and garment images that you upload to generate the virtual try-on results. These photos are transmitted to secure cloud servers for the sole purpose of rendering the try-on output.
- Device Identifier: We generate and store a persistent, unique device identifier in your device's secure keychain. This is used solely to authenticate your session anonymously and to sync your remaining look credits and creation history across app reinstalls.
- Purchase & Transaction Data: Subscription states, tokens, and package transactions are handled through standard platform in-app purchases via RevenueCat. We do not store credit card or payment credential details on our servers.
3. How We Process and Share Your Data
We process your photos using state-of-the-art AI models hosted on secure endpoints:
- Temporary Processing: User photos and garment photos uploaded for styling are temporarily processed via secure APIs (such as Google Cloud Vertex AI and Replicate endpoints). Your raw uploaded inputs are deleted from the cloud model memory immediately after processing.
- Storage: The final generated result photos and references are stored securely in Google Firebase Cloud Storage, which is linked directly to your anonymous device ID. You can delete these creations from our servers at any time using the delete option inside the application.
- No Commercial Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos or personal data to any third-party marketing or advertising services.
4. Data Security & Retention
We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal data we process against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.
Your uploaded profile and garment pictures are only retained on active servers during the generation process. Generated results remain in our secure database until you choose to delete them.
5. Children's Privacy
Fitly AI does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
