1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Fitly AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Use of Service & Restrictions
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Fitly AI strictly in accordance with these terms.
You agree NOT to use the service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any images containing nudity, explicit sexual content, violence, hate speech, or unlawful material.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of any apparel designer, retail brand, or individual.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or client source code of Fitly AI.
3. Generation Credits & Subscriptions
Fitly AI provides virtual try-on looks using a credit-based system:
- Free Trial: New accounts are provided with 3 free trial credits upon initial registration.
- Credits Purchases: You can purchase additional credit bundles. Purchased look credits do not expire and are linked to your secure device account.
- PRO Subscriptions: Subscriptions provide unlimited try-on generations and premium processing queues. Subscription billing and cancellations are managed directly through Apple App Store / Google Play Store billing settings.
- No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by platform provider policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, UI designs, code, assets, and technology associated with Fitly AI are the exclusive property of Fitly AI and its developers. The AI-generated VTON try-on outputs are granted to you for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fitly AI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the outputs of the AI virtual try-on will perfectly match physical sizing, color accuracy, or fabric texture in real-world conditions. Use virtual fittings for preview purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitly AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.
